Assignments: 
1. Complete Assessment Activities 9-1 and 9-2 found in your textbook (pp. 291-293). Answer the follow-up questions at the very end of the assessment and e-mail a report to the instructor in MS Word format.

2. Practice one of the relaxation techniques discussed in the chapter on stress management. I recommend the deep breathing or progressive muscular relaxation techniques.

3. Briefly, but completely answer the objectives listed above in written form (typed or hand-written)

4. Begin scanning the CD that came with the text for information related to this chapter. This assignment does not have to be turned in.
